Does your certification cover all countries?

HCA certification covers the whole of Europe and most of the world.

What type of slaughter do you approve?

We only permit hand slaughter by Muslim slaughterers with tasmiyyah and takbir read upon every animal.  We do not allow stun-kill or mechanical slaughter.
